A Night Drive Full of Charm

Hello everyone!

I’m Yuta Yamamoto, a first-year student in the Faculty of Commerce!

Let’s get right into it—my hobby is night drives! I especially love driving from late at night until early morning. Today, I’d like to share a bit about what makes it so special!

I first got into night drives when some car-loving friends from my hometown invited me along. There’s a local group of people who are really into cars—and I’m one of them!

So, what’s so great about night drives? Well, first of all, they’re super aesthetic! There’s something magical about listening to music while driving to a place with a beautiful night view—it’s a kind of vibe you can only get from a night drive. Plus, since there are fewer people around late at night, you can take photos without worrying about anyone photobombing you!

And because everyone’s in that late-night mood, the conversations in the car get really lively! You end up talking about deep stuff, giving advice, sharing secrets, and even love stories—it’s always so much fun! Honestly, we usually forget most of what we talked about the next day, so it’s all good (I think?). The best part, though, has to be late-night food! You’d be surprised how many restaurants are still open after midnight—it never gets boring. My personal favorite is Ichiran Ramen! The calm, quiet atmosphere there is perfect for when you just want to relax a bit, and that guilty pleasure of eating ramen in the middle of the night is absolutely unbeatable (haha).

So, that’s my hobby—night drives!
