We grabbed lunch at the campus cafeteria with the committee members!

Good evening! I'm Haruka, the deputy director of the PR team, based at the Kawagoe campus!

This Monday, three of us from the Kawagoe team went to check out the campus cafeteria! I'm a second-year student, but believe it or not, it was actually my first time eating there. The two first-years I went with had to show me how to buy a meal ticket—lol!

I ordered the TIU katsu curry! Even though I got curry, I totally forgot to grab a spoon—so right after taking a photo of my meal, I had to rush to get one. We were just about to start eating together, so it was super embarrassing... lol.

For just 550 yen, the portion was huge—the rice was plenty, and the katsu was thick and really filling! The katsudon and miso butter corn ramen that the first-years had looked so good too, so I’m definitely planning to try those next time I hit the cafeteria!

And we also had Baskin-Robbins ice cream! We ordered it along with our food, so by the time we got around to eating it, it had already started melting—lol. But even half-melted, the ice cream was super smooth and still really tasty!

By the way—does this photo look familiar to anyone? That’s because we actually posted it on X (formerly Twitter) this Monday!

The school festival committee’s official X account has started posting daily, so if you’re interested, be sure to check it out too!

We’ll be updating the blog with posts from other members too, so stay tuned!

That’s all from me—this was Haruka!
