Please Call Me Masahiro!

Thank you for visiting my blog!
I’m Masahiro Yamashita, a third-year student in the Faculty of International Relations, Department of International Relations!
I’ve been a member since the 55th term and have been around quite a bit. ^^
When I first joined, I didn’t know much and just followed my seniors, trying to be cute and get along well. But now, I’ve become one of the seniors myself. I’m not sure if I’m that reliable yet, but I’ve made lots of juniors and friends. While carrying some responsibilities, I’m having a great time working together, borrowing everyone’s wisdom and energy!
Many people often say, "Masahiro is a busy person." It’s true—I’m not only involved in the school festival committee but also work as campus staff, participate in club and circle activities, and on top of that, I’m tackling tough exams and job hunting. Every day is pretty busy! But all of these are things I want to do and enjoy, so I’m truly grateful to be in an environment where I can pursue them every day. ^^
Since I’m doing what I love as much as I want, I often worry if I’m causing trouble for others. Everyone’s so kind that they might not say anything even if I do… So, if you ever have any issues with me, please don’t hesitate to tell me directly. ^^
Oh, let me get back to the topic…
About this year’s school festival: last year, I was the vice chairperson and was working hard behind the scenes. But on the first day, we faced unexpected rain, so the stage events were canceled, and all the food booths had to adjust their plans because of the weather. It turned out to be quite a challenging festival…
It was fun in its own way, but there were many last-minute decisions, and unfortunately, we caused some inconvenience to visitors and everyone involved. I realize there were many areas where I fell short… sigh
To overcome those regrets, this year’s committee is focusing on thorough preparations, carefully planning for every possible situation. We’re dedicating plenty of time to get ready so that on the day of the festival, we can deliver the best performance possible as a committee!
I may be a small presence, but the 57th committee has many members who are even stronger, more passionate, and positive than I am! We’re all working hard on this big, big university festival project, and I truly hope you’ll come and experience it firsthand!
Thank you so much for your support of the 57th committee! (^^)
To all members of the 57th School Festival Executive Committee…
For those of you who are meeting me for the first time, I’m Masahiro Yamashita. Even though I belong to the Ikebukuro Committee, I often find myself involved in activities at the Kawagoe Committee! I know I sometimes show up like a big shot and then disappear again—that’s probably not the best behavior—but I’m proud to say my love and knowledge for the committee run deep.
If you ever find yourself in trouble, need help, want to vent, just feel like talking to someone, or even need someone to liven up a party… please don’t hesitate to add me on LINE and reach out! Looking forward to working with everyone!
