Recommended gourmet spots!

Greetings, I am Saei Hara, a first-year student at the Faculty of Language and Communication, Department of Language and Communication. I would like to introduce a gourmet spot that I recommend the most.

It is a restaurant in Karuizawa called “Sawamura! This store is famous for its bread, and you can smell the fragrant aroma of freshly baked bread and sweets in the store. It is definitely recommended, especially for those who love bread! Not only that, the store has a relaxing atmosphere, and I recommend it because it is a place where you can spend a pleasant time, such as on the terrace surrounded by greenery, where you can enjoy the ministry.

There were many kinds of breads that I had never seen before and I was very torn, but I chose the bread called “Chocolat Oranger”. It is filled with chocolate chips and orange peel, and the dough is fluffy ♡!

Next up was the “Fisherman's Style Seafood Salad” and “Shrimp and Lentil Ajijio”! The salad is plentiful with seafood, and the ajillo is delicious with shrimp and lotus root in hot garlic oil with a baguette, so be sure to try it!

The last dish is the special beef stew! It is slow-cooked and very tender, and this demi-glace sauce is quite good! It also goes very well with French bread.

There are many more gourmet foods we can recommend, but if you want to know more, please feel free to contact us. This Sawamura restaurant is also located in Shinjuku and Hiroo, but each restaurant has a different concept, etc., so the menu is different. If you visit Karuizawa, please visit this wonderful restaurant to feel the atmosphere!
